Shipping and Returns Policy


DISPATCH TIMES: We aim to dispatch all sound wave prints in sizes A4/A3 within 4 working days, engraved sound waves within 5 working days, and large song prints within 14 working days of receiving both your order and sound file (and proof approval if necessary). All other items we aim to dispatch within 1-3 working days of your order.

UK DELIVERY: Estimated delivery within 1-3 working days from dispatch. We offer free UK delivery and orders are sent using Royal Mail's first class delivery service. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: Estimated delivery within 5 to 25 working days from dispatch. For International orders, delivery is calculated based on the size and weight of your parcel; you can get an estimate by adding items to your cart and then entering your postal/zip code (you do not need to enter all of your order details to obtain a estimate of delivery costs). We use Royal Mail's priority airmail service, which does not include a tracking number - if you require a tracking number then please contact us so that we can add this option for you. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.



Please contact us if you are in any way unhappy with your order and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

Non-personalised items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Items should be well-packaged and returned in their original condition. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Personalised and bespoke items are non-refundable, unless damaged at the point of receipt or supplied with errors caused by our negligence.

You should expect to receive your refund within 5 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 25 business days, depending on your location), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
